About the Seller

My name is Matt Weber and I grew up at Treasure Lake in the town of Dubois, PA. I originally purchased this lot with the intention of building a summer home. However, my family recently moved back to the area so I can stay with them anytime. As a result, I am selling my homesite. I handpicked this lot because of the location, which is a short walk from the main beach and has a seasonal lake view. Since other lots were available at this lake and I chose this one, I can tell you honestly it is one of the best under 25k.

About the Lot

This lot backs up to the state game lands so no one can every build behind you. That means this lot will also feel very large because you can walk straight back from your house into the forest. In the front of the house is a cul-de-sac street. There is no through traffic on this street. It is also a very short walk to the main beach, which is gorgeous and almost never busy. This lot is perfect for a chalet style house. Now, the best part is that in the fall and winter when the leaves are off the trees you can view down to the lake. If the correct style house is built on this lot it should have a decent view. There are only a few other houses on this street and they are spaced nicely. They are also very nice homes and well kept, so you can feel good about your investment. In my opinion this was the best remaining lot on this street. Other lots on this street would have building issues (huge slopes and drainage problems) and do not backup to the game lands (not private).

About the Lake and Community

I love Treasure Lake and visit my family here often. Growing up at Treasure Lake has instilled in me so many great memories. In the movie above you will see pictures of my family because I want you to know how great this place is for families. You will never run out of things to do together. There are details about the amenities in the next tab, but I will give you a bit of an overview here. First, I will say there is a yearly assessment fee to live here. Why? Because you get white sand beaches, a private gate with security, 5 swimming pools, 3 lakes, 2 PGA golf course, a ski lodge and tons more! If you think about it, it is total worth a small monthly due (You can pay monthly). That said, this is truly a beautiful place. Just look at the pictures. It has been this way since I was a child and will be this way for a very long time. This is a great place to live and everyone is very friendly with each other. The golf courses wind throughout the community and really make you feel like you live in a country club. The ski lodge has an awesome menu and I eat there every visit. Seriously good food right around the corner. My 5 year old and I catch tons of fish all the time. It is very easy to catch fish at the Little Flipper Pond, which for kids only.
